Not getting Email Notifications from Acronis Cloud / outlook and Onedrive
I'm running Acronis Trueimage Home
I'm running Desktop and Could backups. I have Email Notifications setup in Online dashboard. I'm getting notices for desktop backups. I do NOT get notices for the Outlook and Onedrive backups.
I'm setup for Errors, warnings and successful backups. I'm sending to one email address.
Does this work? Known problems? Should I create a trouble ticket?

Interesting: I have never had email notifications for such backups. I have used the backup of these files since the ability to do so was introduced. Cannot remember if it was during beta testing or subsequently.

My notifications are working just fine. I get 2 per backup task, one from the local computer via the Notifications settings, and the other from the Acronis Cloud / dashboard notification settings. Belt & Braces but better too much information than not enough!

Steve, you have misunderstood the nature of the backup. The backup is of OneDrive and Outlook email that is made, not by accessing the local computer, but accessing directly the users Microsoft Account (you can add multiple accounts). I have had this set up for one of my accounts since the feature became available (could have been during beta testing). I have not checked on it until today, but it appears daily backups are being made but I have never received an email notification.

Ian, you are correct...! I do not use a Microsoft Account (never have done so / never will!) and do not use Microsoft Outlook or any of the Office suite. LibreOffice does all I need and is free!
I do have a OneDrive account but for testing only and minimal use - so have not used these options for backing these things up. I did try the Facebook backup a while back but stopped doing that too after recent changes on Facebook.
