Old backup location folders keep coming back, but why?
I had noticed the following folders on my drives:
C:\ATI2018Tests
D:\ATI2018Tests
D:\Backups (with three subfolders)
All these folders are empty and I suspect were destinations for backups at some time in the (distant) past.
I can delete the folders, but they will reappear at times. After deleting and seeing when they reappear, the time always coincides with running a Full backup to my NAS. It has occurred with three different backup jobs, one is a Full Disk/Partition backup of my C: drive, one is a File/Folder incremental backup from both C: and D: drives, and the other is a File/Folder incremental backup from my G: drive. On the incremental backups, the issue only occurs when it writes the next Full backup.
Two of these backups were actually recreated from scratch recently. I'm sure the folders were in some way excluded from prior backups but I don't see any references to them in the current backup tasks.
Any idea as to where to look?

Steve, I am hoping to try to understand just where this info might be and why the folders could appear when running a Full Backup only. And why for newly created backup tasks.
I do suspect one issue may be related to the fact that a year or so ago I added a new M.2 drive as D: and the old D: HDD is now G:. Just a theory.
My databases go back to ATI 2017 so I'm sure they are filled with lots of chaff. I have been thinking about doing a complete uninstall, cleanup and reinstall of ATI 2019. My new Synology DS220+ NAS just arrived five minutes ago so once I get that all set up I may just start from scratch.
