Password screen hangs when trying to access some backups in web interface for Cloud

I was checking jobs on the website today and cannot access at least two. They are password protected and the password screen hangs with the blue circles circling (see attached picture). Other jobs can be accessed. Password is definitely correct and can be used to access the options screen within the desktop software. A backup is in progress and is taking a long time, but it is not either of these backups.

The password screen does not time out or give an error, just shows the blue circles lighting up one by one, repeatedly. I have tried logging out of the whole interface a few times and retrying but it is just the same.

Short of deleting these jobs and recreating them, and they are 6GB and 7GB respectively over a standard broadband which will take ages, are there any suggestions please?

Aby, welcome to these public User Forums.

I would suggest leaving this for a while until after your backup has finished then try it again after that time to see if the password is accepted and opens etc.

Apart from the above, you would need to open a Support case direct with Acronis to investigate any issues with their Cloud servers or web page activities.

If your current backup is to the Cloud, then those are the slowest unless you have a really high speed broadband connection.  I have a Cloud backup going too which has an estimate of around 7 hours showing currently for 25GB to upload.  My connection has dropped once already so not holding my breath on this one!
