Physical to Virtual Machine conversion

Thread needs solution

I am using Acronis True Image 2019.

My PC is running REALLY SLOW.

Time to rebuild the OS.

Can Acronis TI 2019 convert a PHYSICAL OS (drive) to VIRTUAL OS (drive)?

Can I also like to put it on and external SSD drive that is bootable?

thanks

Yes, you should see an option in the main ATI 2019 task menu to convert to .VHD format but will need to find an application which will allow you to use the .VHD image file to create a working Virtual Machine.

No, sorry but that is not allowed by Microsoft unless you have a copy of Windows Enterprise that allows you to use 'Windows to Go' otherwise, Windows cannot be booted from an external drive.
