Emmanuel, welcome to these public User Forums.

The simple answer to your question is 'Yes' - you can do this... BUT...

When you say that both laptops are exactly the same?
Do you mean they are identical twins, both the exact same make, model, capacity, and version of Windows OS etc?
Or do you mean they come from the same maker, have a similar model but were purchased at different times etc?

If both laptops are identical in all respects, down to the same edition of Windows, and both have been activated for the OS, then cloning between them is or should be fairly simple.

If there are some physical differences, then the version / edition of Windows can be a key factor!

If both are Windows 10, both Home or both Pro, then cloning is again fairly simple, mainly due to the greater flexibility of Windows 10 in handling hardware changes and the way licensing / activation is handled.

If you have an older version of Windows, then you may need to use the Acronis Universal Restore boot media to help prepare the version of Windows being copied to the second laptop and make this ready to boot on the new / different hardware.

The BIOS mode used by Windows to boot the laptop should also be the same for both laptops, as should the BIOS SATA controller mode used by the internal disk drive, and the disk capacity needs to be very similar or sufficient to hold the size of data from the source laptop.

Highlighting a Key point from Steve above...

Yes if hardware is exactly the same and OS is exactly the same and both systems have been licensed already (activating the Windows 10 license on both machines is a must).

If not windows 10 on both systems, you may have issues with the OEM license

Please take a backup of the new system with your rescue media before attempting to clone if you will be doing this on the original drives.
