Question regarding uninstalling ATI 2019
I need to install a fresh copy of Windows 10 on my wife's PC. I currently have a 5 license pack, and I'm concerned about loosing a license. Can I just use Windows to uninstall ATI, then reinstall it?

Also, if you go to your Acronis account online, you can Manage your devices and there is a way to deactivate the license for a device.

I am trying to deactivate a license within my account, but do not see a way to do that. When the new PC tells me to activate, it will not activate the new one. I also have a 5 license pack, with now installs on 4 computers plus the new one..

Michael, if you have a perpetual license, then there are no methods provided within your Acronis Account for managing where those licenses are allocated to.
You need to follow the steps given in KB 61162: Acronis True Image 2019: "You've exceeded the maximum number of activations for this serial number"

Yes, I try to follow those instructions, but I get an error message every time when I select "Move license from another computer." So, I never get the option to deactivate any other computers to free one up. It says "Please check your internet connection and try again." However, I know I have a good connection, it just ran the update and I am for sure online according to Win10.

Michael, the Acronis activation servers do not work if you are behind a Proxy or using a VPN, so if you have either of these, you would need to temporarily disable it first then try again.

Thanks, I have no proxy or vpn. I will try turning off my firewall (Norton) and see if that helps.
