Queueing Not Backing UP

Thread needs solution

I have Acronis TIH and have been using it successfully for some time. Suddenly, when I initiate a backup, the program tells me that my backup is queued, but the actual backup does not start. It appears to have written a file name to the backup disk, but the file name remains blank even after a full hour or two, although there seems to be a lot of activity on mty system drive. Any help gratefully accepted.

Please download the MVP Log Viewer tool (link in my signature below) and use this to review the log file for your backup operations. This should provide more information on what is happening while ATI is active on your computer.

If a backup shows as being queued, then this suggests that there is some other Acronis task activity going on, which should show in the main ATI GUI or by an icon being shown in the Windows system tray area of the desktop.

What version & build of ATI are you using here?  If this is ATI 2019, do you have build 17750 installed (final version released)?
