Thread needs solution

I (1) open  recovery and read that there is no data to recover yet (2) select add existing backup (3) browse to the USB connected  hard drive (3) find the full TIB backup  file I want (4) high light the file and click on "add"  --AND NOTHING HAPPENS.

Have you tried the following. Navigate to the folder containing the backup using Explorer, or your preferred file manager, right click on the file, select Acronis than Validate. Hopefully that should solve your problem.
