Second hard drive isn't listed on "My computer" list for default backup recovery
Issue: My second drive (D:) doesn't appear on the "My computer" list on the recovery tab of a default full backup.
Details:
I just ran my first full backup using 2019 Premium. I did the "Survival" toolkit and chose the default backup option, where I selected "Entire PC." I have an SSD (C:) and a Data drive (D:). My expectation is that it would backup both drives.
Once it was completed, I selected the backup, then went to the "Recovery" tab to see if everything was there. When I expanded "My computer," it only showed my C: drive.
However, if I search for a folder on my D: drive while on the recovery tab, the folder will appear. In addition, if I open the *.tib file, D: is present in the drive list.

Just re-read your post again... So C and D both appear to be internal... But only C shows up in the recovery pain on the left, but D files/folders show up when you search for them...
Just curious, but if you double click, the .tib backup file, and then start clicking through the D: drive, can you see all of the files and folders in it? If so, you can copy and paste directly out of it.
According to Acronis, hidden files / folders won't be shown in the Acronis GUI - could that be the case of your D: drive?
I'd still encourage you to do a separate backup of the C: and D: drive since they are 2 different physical disks, which will make recovery more simplistic in the long run.
