Stop blocking the PrtScn key
When I'm in TrueImage my PrtScn key no longer works. I'm using Greenshot to capture the screen and wanted to capture some parts of your interface to report the "Cloning is not copying??" issue but that was impossible.
The only way to then capture a right mouse popup menu from TrueImage was to first change my capture settings to full screen, then do a screen capture, set the capture settings back, then do a screen capture from the screen capture to get the required smaller image.
Horrible!

No issues here either. I use Windows snip tool and Snagit and both allow screenshots with Prinscreen button throughout all Acronis actions.

The tools I use for screenshots does not reply of the PrtScn key so not an issue for me. I just tested and the native Windows use of PrtScn key works as expected.

Answering in response to my own question.
Did some additional tests. It turns out that the PrtScn key does not work if Acronis TI has focus. If I e.g. first click outside its window, then hit PrtScn, it works.
That's a viable workaround without having to change settings or to memorize the other Greenshot shortcuts.

Jan, thanks for sharing. I don't have the same issue with Windows snipping tool or SnagIt. When you launch them, they are in the foreground by default. Good to know with Greenshot though.

Works fine here. Even with Alt+Print Screen, which I use more often.
