Stuck in the Windows Native Mode LOOP

Thread needs solution

Hello

I ve tried to do a hard disc clone in windows7, so windows shuts down, and reboot in native mode,

true image 2019 starts and i have the choice to backup or restore or cloning etc.

so long so good

but iam not able to exit that program and go back to windows.

every time i finished an operation, or reboot the notebook,

the program in native mode starts again and NOT normal windows.

so how can i go back to windows???

 

f8 etc doesnt work.

Pete, have you ensured that you have removed all Acronis boot media from your notebook after shutting down the computer once you finished the clone operation, and have removed the original source disk drive then replaced this by the new cloned drive?

Normally, I would expect that the computer would boot from a temporary Linux OS when restarting to perform a clone started from the Windows ATI application, but one of your images shows a Windows PE command prompt window to run the StartNET command, hence my question above?

Try booting the notebook with only the Windows OS drive connected (no external drives, USB sticks, CD or DVD's etc).
