Survival Kit generation fails
The error message (translated from German) says "During media creation an error has happened. The boot medium configuration cannot be read." Further on, there is no indication for suggested solutions.
Checking the (64 GB) USB drive, it has been partitioned into 2 and 62 GB blocks, with 'a lot' of content. Using the same stick to do a back-up (only) is then not possible, as there seems to be no access to the 62 GB partition: a message pops up, indicating the 2GB is not enough capacity (for the 40 GB disk content),

Also, FYI, the user guide says you can only create a survival kit with certain versions of Windows 10 and newer.

Thanks Steve and Bobo,
meanwhile I read a bit more in relevant threads and documentation. I used TI 11 for many years, never needed a documentation, so I thought TI 19 will do the same easy job....
Actually my issue with the Survival Kit came up since I was asked whether do create one prior to a backup. Seems I better would have done it the old fashioned way, with back-up and bootable media separated.
Some further comments and findings:
- Regarding your above questions & advice: I tried to use a 64 GB USB stick under Win 10 Build 1803
- I attach 2 extracts of directory snapshots (boot_stick1.png and boot_stick2.png).
- Actually this shows the 62 GB partition while the 2 GB partition is not accessible (this might be the issue, why TI 19 cannot write boot code into the 2GB partition).
- Even with TI 19 now uninstalled, attaching *any* USB stick to my Win 10 PC indicates a file that was not there before (see USB_dir.png, 'System Volume Information' in SILVER (D:). Notably, (D:) appears 2 times in the left directory pane.

Guenter, your second screen image shows that the Linux based rescue media is being created on your USB Disk F: drive, rather than creating either the WinRE or WinPE based media.
The duplicate listing of external drives is normal and I see the same on my own system.
In the image, Toshiba (L:) is my Survival Kit main backup drive, and WINPE (N:) is the 2GB rescue media partition on the same Toshiba drive.
