System does not start after transferring to the SSD disc
Hi! This refers to the Acronis True Image 2015. I have tried to migrate my Windows 10 to the new SSD using backup and restore procedure. The HDD contains two partitions and I made backup only of the system. After restoring backup to the new disc and restarting PC I have got the following message: "An operating system wasn't found. Try disconnecting any drives that don't contain an operating system."
The SSD was the only drive in PC at that moment. The message is the same, doesn't matter I have restored the MBR from backup, or left the one created by Acronis. The SSD was connected on the same place when the original HDD was. When I reattached my HDD again and started system, the restored system folders were present on the SSD.
Any ideas?

Thank you,
I have deleted the second partition from the HDD. Only C and two system partitions are left; together they are a bit smaller than the new SSD. Still, the system doesnt start. Any other ideas?

Piotr, does your original source HDD still boot correctly into Windows 10?
If it does, then please run the command msinfo32 from within Windows to determine which BIOS mode is used by Windows 10 to boot the OS. This should show either UEFI for more recent computers, or else show Legacy for older computers.
If you have a UEFI BIOS mode system, then your Boot Priority in the BIOS settings needs to be set to the Windows Boot Manager and your restore of your disk backup using the Acronis Rescue Media needs to be done when booting the media in the same UEFI BIOS mode.
If you have a Legacy BIOS mode system, then your Boot Priority in the BIOS settings should be set to the physical disk drive, and again, the restore should be done by booting the Rescue Media in Legacy mode.
Note: when making a backup of your HDD drive, it is very important that you include any Hidden / System partitions required by Windows to boot correctly. This can include an EFI system partition for UEFI systems, and a System Reserved partition for Legacy systems - these partitions hold information needed to boot into Windows.
