Technical Support Error

Thread needs solution

For two days now, in my account clicking on Support > Technical Assistance returns the following message

Just checked this from my own Acronis account and all seems to be working for me after clicking on the link for Technical Assistance then on to submit a support ticket.  I just used this test to submit a support ticket for my own Acronis Cloud cleanup times per my update to your other topic on the same subject - I will add the ticket number to my topic when this is advised to me.

Messages like these are usually due to site maintenance.
