Too much backup files in list "Others" ATI-2019

Thread needs solution

During a backup was an USB hard disc connected to the Windows-10-64P PC. This hard dick was containing many many .TIB-files. After the backup was finished ATI has added automatically 65 entries in the list of "other" backups. This entries completly useless, because this hard disk will never again connected to the PC.

My question: must i delete 65 times with the rigth click procedure, or where in can find these entries stored in the file System to erase it directly??

Bernhard, welcome to these public User Forums.

Sorry but there is no easy method to remove all the extra backup files listed in the 'Other' section of the ATI GUI.  This is a behaviour that many users have complained about to Acronis but which they have not addressed in any current version, including the new 2020 one!

I would suggest using the Feedback tool in the ATI GUI to make your views on this known to Acronis.

Hello Bernhard,

I hope, we'll be able to improve the logic of the automatic scan for backups in one of the upcoming updates, I've registered your feedback in the existing change request (TI-59841 Add a UI option to customize db_scan.exe routine)
