True Image 2017, 2018, 2019

Thread needs solution

I recently upgraded to True Image 2019 and used the boot disk to clone a Windows 8.1 500GB Drive to a 120GB SSD drive, the result was an error message saying I had to reduce the files on the 500GB drive - even though only 50GB of data was on this drive. I then tried T I 2018 and this seemed to work OK apart from a message about various drivers that couldn't be found. The resultant drive could be booted up OK but there were no audio drivers plus a few others and no amount of trying to re-install drivers would work - they all ended with error messages or just failed. Next I tried T I 2017 which worked perfectly with no errors at all. Has anyone, especially Acronis, got any idea why this happened?
