Luca,
Against my wishes MS has upgrade my W10 Home OS to Versa 1909; running Acronis TI 2019.
The problem I'm experiencing is that with Acronis running, I have to do a computer Start-up, only to find that Internet Network Adapter has been 'Remove' - so Internet Connection. I then do a Re-Start of the OS, after which Internet is available.
Now, if I disable the Acronis items in the Start-up list of programs; plus diabl the Acronis items under Windows Services; I do not get the problem.
Now is this due to Acronis or MS W10 -1909? Or down to both of them. Don't know the answer to that.
Of course W10 1909 has a well recorded history of disabling Internet. But on my computer if I disable Acronis completely the problem goes away.
Really looking for advise/guidance on this for what appears to be a Internet problem on every other computer Start-up.
PS. Internet connection is via Ethernet

Robert, welcome to these public User Forums.
All of my Windows 10 computers are on version #1909 and run a mix of ATI 2018, 2019 & 2020 without any indication of any problems for my internet connection / adapter etc. I am also not seeing other users coming to the forums for this type of problem.
ATI 2019 went out of support back in Sept 2019 after ATI 2020 was released, so you would need to demonstrate that this issue occurs when using ATI 2020 and if so, open a Support Case direct with Acronis for it.
You would be able to take a 30-day trial for ATI 2020 to test this and be able to raise a support case.

I'm running 1909 with True Image 2019 for quite some time now and haven't experienced this issue. Seems odd that it only happens sometimes, but a reboot will fix it the next time. Have you checked device manager to see if the driver failed to load on the NIC (yellow triangle) or anything like that? It sounds more like a Windows or a hardware/driver issue, but hard to say.
Check your device manager when it happens again and then check the Windows system and application logs to see if there is any information that might help identify the issue.
If you really think it's True Image, you could also disable Active Protection and do several reboots to see if the behavior is no longer there and then enable it and see if it returns.

Hi Bobbo,
I have found a quick and easy way to over come the problem of no internet on Startup; which is to disable fast Start-up under Control Panel - Power Options - Choose what the power buttons do
