True Image 2019:Portal always displays incorrect backup status

Backups complete successfully but the Portal always displays incorrect data e.g.

Status: 0% backing up

Last Backup: ---

Next Backup: Nov 20, 2018, 12:00     ** i.e. 2 days ago

I have not seen this particular problem myself but I also do not check the Cloud Dashboard very often, so may have missed any occasions when there was a difference such as shown in your images!

The information shown in the Dashboard comes from your computers, which in turn then requires that the relevant Acronis Services / Processes are active in order to upload the correct status data.

Please see KB 61624: Acronis True Image 2019: Windows services and processes - and check that the following Service is active / running on your computer.

Yes, the service you mention is running.

During a backup the Portal shows that the backup is in progress and the percentage complete in the Portal gradually rises to >90%. This indicates that the client is communicating with the Portal. However when the GUI states that the backup is complete the Portal status reverts "0% (backing up)".

It's been like that for 4 days now despite daily backups. I'm running build 14610 and have tried re-installing.

You might try logging out of the portal, close the TI app in Windows, relaunch the app and then sign in to the portal (Dashboard).
