Unable to Mount Images
I recently upgraded from Acronis True Image 2017 to Acronis True Image 2019. When this happened my existing backup configurations were lost, I resolved this problem, by manually adding the existing backup.
I proceeded to validate the backup job. After I completed that task, I kicked off another full backup of my partitions, and it finished today. I just happened to notice I was unable to mount an existing disk image. I attempted to perform a full restart and that didn't solve this problem. I then, performed as an Administrator, a repair installation.
The ability to mount full disk images with Acronis still has not returned. Was this ability removed in 2019?

Check that the TibMounterMonitor.exe process is shown as Running in Windows Task Manager.
It is indeed running:

Thanks for confirming about TibMounterMonitor - it looks like something didn't go to plan with the upgrade from your ATI 2017 to 2019. You shouldn't have lost your backup tasks / settings and this function should be working fine.
I would suggest doing a clean install at this point but make a backup of your backup configuration first using the new option in the main Settings page in the GUI, so that you can import these back later.
Uninstall ATI 2019 normally, then download / run the Cleanup Tool as Administrator to clean up any residual files / folders etc, followed by restarting the computer to finish the clean action.
Reinstall ATI 2019 as Administrator and import your backup settings again.

So I independently thought of doing that. I resolved that particular problem.
Since I uninstalled ATI I can't seem to get my NAS to appear under "My NAS Connections". I can get it to appear under My Network and "This PC" within ATI.
I can't remember if ATI listed my Drobo under "My NAS Connections" or not.

I would say that your NAS probably will not show up under My NAS Connections. Most do not.
