Unable to open True Image (not trial version) in Mac OS X 10.9.5

Thread needs solution

I have installed True Image 2016 on my Mac but it will not open. I receive a message saying "trial has expired" but I am using a full license (3 license package actually) for which I paid. Anybody have this issue and solved it?

I am running: OS X 10.9.5

I am not a Mac user and have no experience with the ATI for Mac products but there is a separate dedicated Acronis True Image for Mac Forum where you can seek help if needed and where other Mac users should be found.

The ATI 2016 for Mac user guide shows that your OS X 10.9.5 is supported, so the question here is to ask if you have entered a valid serial number for the product?

If your serial number is not being recognised or accepted to correctly activate ATI 2016, then I can only suggest that you open a Support Ticket with Acronis for which they should provide free support for any licensing or activation issues.
