What is in my backup plan?

Thread solved

I'm trying to check which drives are getting backed up on a given plan, but I can't find that.  Where should I be looking, please?

Mike, what Acronis application are you using for your backup here?  My understanding is that Acronis Backup (business product) uses backup plans, whereas this forum is for the Home user Acronis True Image product where we tend to talk about backup tasks.  I can help you with the latter but not the former.

Hi Steve,

I am using ATI 2019.  I picked up the term "backup plan" from forum searches, as the product gives no clear indication of what to call the parameters for a series of backups.  The application has a section called "Backup" and an interface that doesn't require names for things, so I still have no idea what they're called, but I'd like to know what mine is backing up.  Thanks.

Mike, click on the "source" icon - don't make any changes (don't save unless you want to change something), but then you can see what's currently listed as the source from there.

Also, when selecting the source, I would advise to not use "entire pc" and instead, make a backup for each specific disk separately.  This makes restoring much faster and more manageable without risk to other disks ... if not needing to mess with them, just keep them and their tasks away from each other so there are no chances for slip ups.
