Where the HE## is the Backup Cleanup Utility promised in the 2019 "What's New" section.

Thread needs solution

Below is your page on the promised "Backup Cleanup Utility" without ANY instructions where to find it.  The name is confusing with the "System Cleanup Utility" which is the only one showing up in help search or in the Tools menu.

https://www.acronis.com/en-us/personal/true-image-features/cleanup-tool/

You are not consistent in naming conventions.  One place it is the "Backup Cleanup utility", another it is the Cleanup backup and above in the URL, it is the "Cleanup tool".  I suggest the developers develop ONE consistent name per tool and ensure it cannot be confused with another such as the similarly names "System Clean-up"

But I still can't find it.  The above webpage is useless.

Another page that lists "What's New" says this, again, vague, and no details where to find it - the link shown goes to the same page as the above link:

Clean Up Backup Versions

Take even greater control over your local backups in order to better manage your disk space. Our new backup cleanup utility allows you to free up space by manually selecting unnecessary versions of your backup, and deleting the files you no longer need. Keep what you need, wipe what you don’t.

Why was someone allowed to write such vague text in the "What's new" section without ensuring there were clear instructions where to find it.

The Backup Cleanup Utility is not in the "tools" menu or the ones found in File Explorer in Windows 10.

In conclusion, where the heck is the backup cleanup utility?????

Frustrated in Florida.

Hello Vance,

thanks for your feedback! For detailed instructions on how to use Acronis True Image please consult the documentation referenced by Bobbo - this is the primary official source for users. Marketing texts might have different wording, because their goal is to provide a user with an overview of key features, not with the how-to instructions.
