aakore.exe program which the defective TrueImage 2021

Thread needs solution

Acronis Customer Service says they do not support this product which I purchased recently directly from Amazon who they sold it to which is unacceptable when they know they have a defective product.

Acronis Cyber Protection feature is turned off & I use AVG AntiVirus.  The major problem is in your aakore.exe program which the defective TrueImage 2021 does not allow you to turn off.  It uses an extremely large amount of internet activity and decays the users speed over time from 330mps to less than 20mbps requiring a reboot to restore effective user speed.

I turned it off on start-up with ccleaner and then TrueImage 2021 takes a very long time to open and perform other backup or restore functions. This restored the internet performance... but your program is no longer is operating correctly!  It now says (Not responding) when selecting Data & Target for backups taking a long time to select what is being backed up & the destination location. Once selected the program says "Please wait" for a very long time. It also takes a long time to start a backup and sometimes says it stopped do to an error and reschedules the backup.

Please update/correct your program or offer me the True Image 2020 which did not contain the defective Protection module. I have worked with Lenovo engineers on this issue and they feel that Acronis is the problem!
