Accessing phone backups

In Acronis True Image 2020 when I when I click on my phone backup in the list of backups and then click on Browse Files in the backup window for that backup I get an error message. The message reads: The system cannot find the file specified. If I click on More Details in the error window it displays:

When I do as it instructs there is no info on that particular error code. Can someone please tell me why I am getting this error? Thank you. Also, my phone and my laptop are on the same WIFI network.
