Backup failed

Windows error: (0x80070775) The referenced account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to

Error code 4

 

Multiple people have tried but having same issue. When trying to run a backup plan we are getting the above-mentioned error. The backup plan has worked with no issues before. Then we add/change the user (network) credentials but getting the same result.
