Acronis 2020: Operations are in progress...

Thread needs solution

Full updated ATI 2020 on a Windows 10 Pro (fully updated) Dell XPS 8930. 

Acronis runs fine on scheduled backups 7 days / week but 9 times out of 10 on a reboot (i dual boot Windows 10 insider previews on a separate drive), i will receive the operations are in progress. I have verified that the scheduled backup has run and it is complete. Still, the message.

Any solutions?

Vincent, it is possible that other background Acronis services are still active to give the message that 'Operations are in progress' on shutdown or restart, this should end within 2 minutes.

Other operations can include updates to Acronis Active Protection for ATI 2020 plus communicating backup status to the Acronis Dashboard.
