Acronis account not showing all my copies of ATI

Thread needs solution

This is a pretty insignificant administrative problem, but Id like to know how to deal with it.

I have a 5-computer license for ATI with 4 computers running activated copies of ATI - 2 running 2019, 2 running 2020. My Acronis account shows only 3 of these computers. The "missing" computer definitely has an activated copy of ATI. This computer originally had 2020 Beta code running on it, but so did one of the other computers so I don't think that explains anything.

As near as I can tell, there is no downside to this except that I cannot deactivate ATI on that computer and I don't know of any reason I would want to do that.

Is this anything I should be concerned about? Is there anything I can do about it?

Patrick,

I do not think it any concern at this point.  Have you tried to sign out of your Acronis account on the effected machine, close the TI app, reopen the app and then log into your account again from the app?

I had to do that once to resolve the same issue.

The log out, log back in didn't seem to achieve anything.  I'll try again later but I won't worry about it for now.

It might take awhile for things to change in your account page, mine did, I just do not remember how long it took. :)

This is an old problem. I have had it since the days I was using ATI 2018. No solution was ever found as far as I know.

I agree with Ian. This is a long standing problem that seems to be totally in the users favor. Don't worry about it.
