Acronis can no longer find the Backup drive

Thread needs solution

I recently had trouble opening Acronis 2021 and not knowing how else to do it I uninstalled and reinstalled it.
But now I have a different problem: last week I made a Backup of the entire PC, the C: / drive - the D: / drive - the E: / drive.
All backups are on an external 3TB disk (F: /) that I can see from "My Computer" without problems. I can also access the different Backups to explore them.
Now I can't backup the D: / drive anymore. It seems that Acronis can no longer find the Backup F: / disk and in particular that it just can't see the location where I have already backed up the D: / disk.
The O.S. of my PC (Intel (R) Core (TM) i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz 3.10 GHz with 8.00 GB of RAM) is Windows 10 VERSION 21H2.

What can I do to fix the problem?

Riccardo, welcome to these public User Forums.

If your external 3TB drive is showing correctly in Windows as the F: drive (please check that the drive letter hasn't changed), then the first actions that I would suggest are as follows:

In the ATI 2021 GUI and list of Backup tasks, try reselecting the Destination for the D: backup task.

Once you have reselected the destination, then try doing a Validation for that task to ensure that all the files created on the external drive are found and associated correctly with the task.
