ACRONIS T. I. 2020 3 PC - License key is already been activate.

Thread solved

By entering the license key, the system says that it has already been activated. The product was purchased new and was sealed. I asked ACRONIS customer service for help but they don't respond. The customer service easily washes their hands of my problem. Well done...

Did you buy the ATI2020 product direct from Acronis?  If not, then you will need to approach the vendor who sold you the product.

We don't sell that version of the product since several years ago. We also don't support that version anymore.

You need to contact the vendor, as Steve suggested, and request them to move the license to your account following this KB: https://kb.acronis.com/content/59680

Hi everyone, I glad to inform you that my problem was solved in a few days by Acronis Customer Service; they ask me some photos, and some info (buy document) of my product and they send my request to technical support and, after, they solved my problem (the license key is now connect with my account.
