Acronis True Image 2020 registry error
Hello, what happens is that I install Acronis True image 2020. Once installed and run it a window opens, in which it tells me to enter the license key (I don't have it) or if I want the 30-day trial version. I indicate that I want the trial version and the program tells me to log in or create a new account.
I enter my Acronis account details and I always get the following error: "An error has occurred. Please try again later."
And if I create a new account it tells me the following error: "An account has not been created. Try again later."
And so I have been 4 days. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but the same error always arises, either with my Acronis account or trying to create a new one. So the program doesn't open and I can't do anything. I attached the images of the errors and a small report of my team.

You may need to contact Acronis Support directly for this issue as we have no access to any user accounts or the systems involved in activation.
Have you tried going direct to the main Acronis.com webpage and signing in there or creating a new account from that web page, rather than using the ATI 2020 GUI panels to do this?

Hello, thanks for answering. I have already contacted Acronis technical support for days, but they do not respond to my problem.
Yes, I tried to access from my account and I can access perfectly, but from the account I cannot download Acronis If I do, I download the program and once installed it returns with the same problem. There is no blocking rule in the Windows firewall. I have tried for example with Macrium Reflect and I have not had any problems of installation and operation. I don't know if you will understand my bad English, I apologize.
Thank you very much for trying to help me.
A greeting.

See KB 2768: Trial version limitations of Acronis products - and in particular the note below the table of limitations where it says:
(!) Trial versions of Acronis products can only be installed once. If trial period expired, there is no way to re-use the trial version on the same computer.
Have you previously installed ATI as a trial product on this computer?

No, I have never installed ATI in trial version on this computer.

Ok, thank you for confirming that. Next question, are you working behind a Proxy server for your internet connection?

Hi, no, I'm not behind a proxy server, or VPN, or anything similar. Windows 10 x64 v. 1903. Attached link of a video that I have sent Acronis Support.

This is the video.
I don't know if the zip has been uploaded if you don't use the link.

The question is. How to download ATI without having to login or create a user to enjoy the trial period? Are there no trial period licenses or similar?

Sorry, only Acronis can provide a trial license / serial number for you to use.
Hopefully your video will help Support try to identify what the issue is here that is preventing you from activating the trial copy of ATI 2020.

Thank you very much Steve for worrying about my problem and your interest in solving it. I thank you very much for everything you have done for me.
I will wait for the Technical Support Response and if there is no solution, I will have to try another Backup program.
Thank you.
A hug.
