Acronis True Image 2020/21 Crashing with no support available
Unfortunately, support for my TI 2020 has expired; therefore I installed a trial version of TI 2021 to encounter identical symptoms.
After a few minutes TI crashes and posts an Application Error 1000. To mitigate what appears to be a Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 related fault, I have repaired Windows 10.0.19043 directly from a Microsoft ISO. Uninstalling and reinstalling TI 2020 was ineffectual; however, uninstalling using the Acronis Cleanup Tool (v25.7.1.39184) did actually allow me to run TI 2020 again for 48 hours.
After the latest crash, I clean removed TI 2020 and installed TI 2021 to encounter identical symptoms.
Without support I'm now stuck with my only option of restoring my entire Dell XPS 15 (9530); but that requires a working copy of TI 2020!!!
Belt and braces; I've attached a copy of my Application Error 1000 together with version information relating to msvcr120.dll
All assistance would be very much appreciated.

Michael, welcome to these public User Forums.
How long has this issue being going on for?
Do you have any backups that were created from before the issue started?
Any restore of your OS disk drive should always be performed by booting the Dell XPS using the Acronis Rescue Media in the matching BIOS boot mode to that used by Windows 10 to boot.
If you haven't created the rescue media, then you should do so using the 'Simple' option that uses the files from the Windows Recovery Environment on the Dell XPS PC.
