Acronis True Image can't detect my hard drive

Thread needs solution

Hello everyone. Thanks for reading and sorry for my bad English.
I'm trying to create an image of the system partition on my new Aspire A515-55 using an Acronis True Image bootable pendrive. I've tried diferent versions including de last 2020 version but Acronis True Image don't detect more drives than the bootable drive itself. Any idea what I may be doing wrong? Thank you.

Alfredo, welcome to these public User Forums.

There are no issues with your English and you could write in your native language if you prefer.

More questions than answers for the moment.

What version of Windows OS is installed?

Please identify how your Windows OS boots from the BIOS by using the command msinfo32 and check the value for the BIOS mode setting shown in the right side of the report.  I would expect this to show UEFI for a new computer.

Next, please ensure that you are booting from your ATI rescue media using the same BIOS mode.

See KB 59877: Acronis True Image: how to distinguish between UEFI and Legacy BIOS boot modes of Acronis Bootable Media for help with how to boot the media correctly.

What type of disk drive does your Aspire computer have?
How is that disk drive formatted?

Sorry steve. I didn't see this answer before. I will read what do you suggest and I write again. Thank you.
