Acronis for WD

Thread needs solution

I purchased a WD Mybook 12TB drive to backup 4 computers (all running WIN 10)  across my network.  I cannot get TruImage to startup except for the computer to which the MyBook is physically connected via USB. How do I fix this?

See KB 2201: Support for OEM Versions of Acronis Products which applies to all OEM versions of ATI supplied with hardware purchases.

One limitation / restriction with OEM versions of Acronis is that it must be able to find a connected OEM drive from the same vendor, so the only way you can fix the issue you are seeing is to connect the WD drive to each different computer directly.
