Acronis will not deliver my purchased product
5/13/2020 I logged into my account at Acronis and purchased Acronis True Image 2020, my 4th product I have purchased from Acronis. The web page displayed my software key and I did not bother to take a Snagit screen shot to capture a picture of the key, since I knew the product would be listed in my list of "My Products" and also since I should be receiving an email with the key and receipt of purchase.
The 1st time I reached out to Chat, I told them my credit card showed the pending transaction. I was told to pound sand and come back after the transaction had posted.
I have reached out to Acronis Chat a second time, this time I loaded a copy of my credit card transactions showing the posted purchase (not a pending purchase). I was given the run around "I'll have to check with our managers".
Today I sent a 2nd email with copies of my current credit card posted transactions.
I used Acronis since 2010 and never, never, had a bad experience until now.
I have a PC rebuild waiting until I get my key !!!! I can't use Acronis 2012 on a Win 10 system.

please try searching for a key via this form https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/recovery-sn.html If it does not help, would you mind sending me a screenshot of your invoice from Cleverbridge?
