Active protection cannot be turned on

Thread solved

When I open "Active protection" in the GUI I see it is turned off as in Pic TI2.
When clicking to turn it on the dots in the upper left start moving for about 20 minutes, See Pic TI1,
After that it goes back to Pic TI2.
No error messages.
Everything else works perfekt.
Win 10 pro Ver. 1909, Acronis 2020 Build 22510.
