Archive Open Error

Thread needs solution

True Image 2020 appears to successfully create backups; however, when I try to "see" the backup files with Internet Explorer, I get an Archive Open Error message. If I try to do a recovery operation, I get the following error: "Failed to open backup D:\DALE-LENOVO.tibx. Make sure the backup location is accessible and contains all versions of the backup.". Any help is appreciated!

Dale, when you say open the backups with Internet Explorer, do you mean Windows Explorer?

What build version of ATI 2020 do you have?  Latest is #22510.

Did you upgrade to ATI 2020 from an earlier version of ATI, if so, which one and did you uninstall the older version or upgrade over it?
