ATI 2020 Build 22510 "No volsnap driver found"

Thread needs solution

Release 2 (22510) was suppose to fix the "missing volsnap driver issue" with "TI-174833 "No volsnap driver found" error during a backup operation though the volsnap driver is present" however I am still experiencing the issue. Support had me do a uninstall, cleanup script and still have the issue. They indicated that it is known that 22510 does still have the issue. Is anyone else still seeing this issue even though release notes say it was fixed? I am now on my 2nd month of not being able to use VSS or acronis snap (even after trying the registry tweak, etc.) shouldn't our "covered support" window be extended. Can't use the product as is.

Curtis, I haven't seen any other recent reports of this issue in the forums that I can remember, and haven't hit this issue for myself on my own ATI 2020 installs.

Not sure about your comment about 'covered support' being extended?  All ATI users now get up to a year of support from the public release date of a new version, plus a further 30 days after the release of the next version.  That is greatly improved over the original 30-days support from either purchase or activation that was in play prior to 2018.
