ATI 2020 Won't Shutdown
Acronis True Image Version 2020, Build 22510 Microsoft Windows 10 Pro (64-bit) Version 1903, OS Build 10.0.18362 I recently directly upgraded (did not uninstall) version 2019 (Build 17750) to Version 2020 (Build 22510). When I do a Windows 10 "Shut down", "Shut down" says the following: Acronis 2020 "Current Backup operation is not complete." The Acronis 2020 app is closed. There are no tib or tibx files in the Backup tab list. In File Explorer, I looked at a tib file, but did not mount it. I never backup to the cloud. Unclear what operation is not complete. I never had this problem with Acronis 2019. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Steve - I appreciate your help.
In Shutdown, I waited five minutes hoping ATI would close. Then I canceled the shutdown. In the Acronis Backup tab, I removed all the backup image files just in case any of them had some 'Prevent the computer shutting down' in their Advanced options. Next I tried to shutdown again. ATI just sat there and did not close itself. After 5 minutes, it still did not shutdown so I had to say force shutdown (which is not desirable, but I had no other choice). I never had this happen in ATI 2019. I wasn't sure if ATI2020 (Build 22510) was buggy. So I posted this question.

I ran the "AcronisTrueImage2020_22510.exe" again.
I selected the repair.
The Shutdown issue appears to no longer occur.
