Hispa, the logs show that there was a Microsoft VSS issue when attempting create a volume snapshot for the Acronis backup task and that that VSS issue looks to have resolved itself when the task was retried.  This could simply be a matter of timing if there was another process using VSS at that first time, or could be that the issue cleared itself.

If you are concerned, then download the Acronis VSS Doctor tool and run this to see if it reports any further issues for VSS on your system.

Doing a Windows restart will also help to clear any issues in this area.

Hispa, have you tried clicking on the button to 'Fix Issues' in the VSS Doctor tool?  If not, then please do so then run the tool again to see if there are still any issues?

VSS is a Microsoft feature that Acronis is just a user of.

Hi i follow your suggestions and use fix, but in backup process scheduled i received always before backup failed and after back successufll. (see my report failed and success)

Hispa, the VSS errors suggest that there are either I/O issues for your C: drive (partition) during the backup operation, or there are other conflicting activities being performed on that drive at the same time which are giving rise to the VSS issues.
