hello, is it possible to backup my iPhone 6 using my Acronis True Image 2020 on my desktop PC?
I  can plug the phone into USB port, and it is seen as "Apple iPhone" with Windows Explorer

Found it! There is an Acronis 2020 backup app you install on the iPhone. Get it from the App Store on the iPhone. Run that and run ATI 2020 on the PC. The instructions are quite clear and easy to follow

Once the iPhone and the windows PC are connected ( I used a Lightning USB cable) , the process is straight forward. Involves scanning a QR code that appears on the PC when  the app runs, and then backs up the mobile device on C: drive
