backup queued but doesn't run

Thread needs solution

I have a backup scheme I've been using for years but now it shows QUEUED then nothing happens...

Lee, I would suspect that Acronis has found a phantom task that it thinks is running ahead of your queued task.

Download a copy of the Acronis Scheduler Manager tool then run this to produce a black command prompt type window, then type in the command:  task zap

This will remove all scheduled tasks which means you will need to reset the schedule for your three tasks shown in your image above.

Note: it is best to restart Windows after using the tool to clear the current queued phantom task then reschedule your tasks after that.  Make a note of the current schedules before using the tool.
