Backup stopped working - Snapshot driver can't be found

Hello,

TI worked fine until Tuesday 01/18/21. Got an error message which told me, that the snapshot driver can't be found.

I'had done Backups for months and now it stopped working with this error.

Tried to contact Acronis, but Accronis Account -> Support says "Support has expired : 2020-12-31".

 

I restored a system backup from two weeks ago - and TI stops with the same error - even though backup worked in between these two dates. I'm totaly stuck and don't know what to do.

I'm using TI 2020 Build 25700 on a Windows 7 System.

 

Can anyone help?

Markus, welcome to these public User Forums.

The initial suggestion would be to try performing a Repair Install of ATI 2020 as per KB 60915: Acronis True Image: repairing program settings

If this doesn't work / resolve the issue, then it may be necessary to do a full uninstall then restart the PC before trying a new clean install.

Before doing the above clean install, go into the ATI 2020 application, open the Settings page and use the option shown at the bottom of the page to Save your task configuration settings to a zip file, so you can import these back again later.
