Can't Clone Disk - macOS 12.5 is not fully supported - True Image 2021

Thread needs solution

Got new MAC Mini with macOS Monterey 12.5 and I can't clone disk, receiving the error "macOS 12.5 is not fully supported". My older MAC had macOS Big Sur working fine. Is there any patch/fix for that? I have a Perpetual license. Do I have to upgrade to Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office and start paying for that software all over again? As might as well using "Time Machine" for free!

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Geraldo, welcome to these public User Forums.

Unfortunately you have hit a limitation with your current ATI 2021 version in that it predates the release of your Mac Monterey OS and has no support for it.

ACPHO shows support for macOS Monterey 12 so it should support 12.5 too though I cannot be certain about that!

Acronis are currently running a Beta programme for the next version of ACPHO (2023) which includes the macOS application, so you could give that a try to confirm if it will work for you, assuming you are Ok about going the subscription direction!

Link to beta registration: https://www.acronis.com/en-us/products/home-office/beta/ for the new ACPHO version.
