Can't get to support page

Thread needs solution

I can't get to a support page because it doesn't show my current product (True Image 2021), it only list all of the old ones which indicates they are no longer supported.  My main concern is I can't backup to my external hard drive due to message "Can't open Folder". This happens on two different PCs and I tried deleting and reinstalling True Image 2021 but I get the same result.  Extremely frustrating!

Has your ATI 2021 been registered to this specific Acronis Account, and what type of license do you hold here?

If you haven't registered your ATI 2021 keys then you would need to do so to get support by clicking on the + Add keys button at the top right of the panel.

If none of the above helps, then on the Support page for your account, you will need to scroll down and click on the option for:

Trial / Activation / Pre-sales / Privacy / Licensing question

to get support to help you resolve the licensing issue.
