Yup, for now. Supposedly it will be added in again at some point, but no idea when.

Limitations of TIBX backups
Acronis True Image backups in TIBX format have the following limitations:
- Backup conversion to VHD format is not possible
- Moving the backup through the Acronis True Image console is not possible
- Renaming local backups is not possible
- The backup mounting option is not present for the new backup format
- The option "Backup reserve copy" is not available for backups in the new format
- The option "Removable media settings" is available for backups in the new format, but does not take effect
The listed functionality may be added for TIBX backups in the future versions of the product.
Note that these limitations do not apply to backups in .tib format.

you now can't mount a drive or partition any more
But you can still browse the tibx file with File Explorer and copy the backed up files.

Actually, I wasn't able to do even this. Have tried on several of my backups and most do not even allow browsing.
Worse, I lost a two whole drive's worth of data (including my system drive) and days of my time trying to get the Acronis backup files to work. Tried every methodology and every troubleshooting tip from Acronis--standard recover (recovered only half the drive then quit), mounting (could not add drive letter), converting to vhdx file (quit after about converting 3/4 drive), using Acronis boot up disk (same issues as above), or just browsing the backup files (explorer said my backup files were EMPTY). Did a clean Windows reboot and started over...without Acronis. Lost valuable data due to my trust in Acronis backup...but at least my system is now working and other backup programs taking up the slack.
Funny how far less expensive solutions work so much better. Glad I permanently switched to another backup program. Using Acronis was a costly mistake for me. Paying for the 2021 upgrade (in the hope that it would fix these problems) was even more stupid on my part. Should have listened to my IT security colleagues who warned me of Acronis' limitations.
One final word, as long as I'm discussing 2021's issues--the extra Acronis cyber security functions slowed my browsers ability to use the internet down to a crawl. Luckily, I was able to stop those unwanted functions from within the program and that problem solved.
BOTTOM LINE: Acronis has too many issues to be used as a reliable backup program.

I would encourage you and all other users / customers who are unhappy with any aspects of the changes introduced by Acronis in ATI 2020 / 2021 to use the Feedback tool to communicate your thoughts and concerns direct to Acronis. These forums are mainly for the users to help each other with minimal interaction by Acronis whereas the feedback tool goes direct to Acronis and has to be read by someone who actually works for them!
