Clarification needed on green tick mark(s) and validation

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I have scheduled my disks to backup on a schedule. Yesterday all of the disks in the left pane had a green tick mark next to them. The scheduled backups ran this morning and when I opened TI, two of disks still have the green tick mark next to them but the other three do not. I'm keen to know why are they showing for some but not all of the disks after the scheduled backups this morning.

I have checked the backups were successful using the ReadLogFileNewGen tool.

Does the green tick mark mean that the backup was successful, or does it mean that the backup has been validated?

Note: I noticed there is an option in the backup options > advanced tab > validation to "validate backup each time after it has completed" which I do not have enabled for any of the backups, do I need to select this option to get the green tick to appear?

Is it a concern if the green tick mark doesn't show for some of the backups?

Checked the user guide and could not find any explanation of the icons. Not sure what the tick indicates; alternatives include an i within a blue circle (often appears when no backup is scheduled for the task; also for cloud backup for other devices) and a blue right arrow indicating that the backup task is waiting to be carried out.
