Closing Account / Getting data back

Thread needs solution

So, I have / had a cloud storage account with 30.3GB in it which expired 5 days ago.  I got the the email telling me I have 25 days to access my data before it's deleted, so thought I'd download it to a pen drive rather than renew.

On logging in I have zero options to access the data and can't submit a support request because my account has expired - any advice other than pay up for another year?

Tim, to my knowledge, any options for downloading data from the Acronis Cloud are provided via the Acronis online Dashboard which can normally be accessed via the Account page of the Acronis GUI on your PC.
