Cloud Sync doesn't work

Thread needs solution

Hello, i've created a sync job from one of my data folders into the cloud. Immediately after choosing the folder, acronis shows up a green icon, then it switched to red, then again green and then again red and this is the state on which it remains. The red cross icon shows: Synchronisation failed.
I tried this several times with other folders, but same results ... what can i do?
SyncAgent is running on automatic.

Please download the MVP Log Viewer tool (link in my signature below) and use this to review the log file for your Sync operation. This should provide more information on why you are seeing any notification messages?

Note: the Source sync folder should not contain any reparse points for such as OneDrive using Files on Demand, where the actual files are not stored on the local drive.
