create new rescue media after 2019 to 2020 upgrade?

Larry, the simple answer is YES!  The reason is that your ATI 2019 rescue media knows zilch about the new format .TIBX backup files which ATI 2020 now creates for Disks & Partitions backup tasks.

I would recommend keeping a copy of your working / tested ATI 2019 rescue media as this can still be used for any older backups until you are happy with using the new media for 2020.

Destination ISO would be if you desire to create an ISO file to a folder on a hard drive and later burn that ISO to another media.
