Deleting backups with Windows Explorer (True Image 2019)

I am using Acronis True Image 2019. The cleaning up of old backups does not work after I made a mistake. I stupidly deleted backups with Windows Explorer. Is there a way to clean up the database?
The PDF file shows what I tried unsuccessfully.

Hallo Manfred Scheiter,

Wenn es den Backuptask noch gibt, sollte man mit der Funktion "Versionen bereinigen.." die markierten Backupversionen löschen / aus der Acronis Datenbank entfernen können.

Backupversionen, für die es keinen Backuptask gibt, sollten unter "Andere" in der Backupliste zu finden sein.
